Only asked this one question, and neither investment proof nor address proof was required. After successful processing, go to the counter next to the办理 to complete the card领取业务. They said the card would be sent to you in 2 weeks.

If you made an appointment through the App, make sure to take a screenshot of your signature. The signature on the phone may differ from the handwritten signature. They only recognize the signature style on the phone. If not, they won’t process it.

After successful processing, walk to 泽丰 🚃 银座. Arrived at 1:20 PM.

The appointment at BOC Hong Kong (Tinui Estate Branch) is at 2:45 PM. It takes only 15 minutes to walk from here to BOC. Even if you return to HSBC after 1 hour, it will still be enough.

After these two were checked, I was asked to open the BOC Hong Kong App and fill in the information to wait for the call.

When processing, they checked the investment proof and address proof. They also asked me to open the investment App to view my current holdings. Then they wrote down the company, position, and income.

Account opening completed. They gave me the card, went to the ATM to insert the card and check the activation, then went to the deposit machine to deposit. You can deposit any amount.

At 3:12 PM.

3️⃣ HSBC (Tin Shui Wai Branch)

Walk to the bank, get a number, open the HSBC App and fill in directly for processing.

30 minutes done, they didn’t check anything.

In one word - rush. Better go in the afternoon when there aren’t many people to get a number and process directly.

When opening a card on the ZA App, it kept showing that I wasn’t in Hong Kong!!! Later I found out that you need to turn off mobile data and connect to the mall’s WiFi for location to work successfully!!!
